My experience with Groth and Associates was amazing. The paralegal, Traci went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and needs. She was very professional, yet down to earth and easy to communicate with and relate to. She answered emails quickly and always sent updates regarding my case. Mr. Groth made sure my needs were communicated clearly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was compensated fairly. I like the way this firm makes everyone feel like family. I felt understood and appreciated. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. Not only are they good to their clients, but I love the way they treat their interns like family, too! Allison Groth was our attorney and worked with us to navigate the Ohio law system. As an out-of-state client, she explained everything my husband or I had questions about and worked with his rigorous work schedule to meet and arrange a more convenient court date. Even post court date, she has been a great reference in resolving where fees are to be paid ans how to align any mandated things. She was extremely professional and quick to respond worh any texts/calls we had. 10/10 recommend her!
